Sentido Tropical

Singer/Songwriter Rique Colón blends from Latin and Afro-Caribbean rhythms to craft a new style he calls chanova. This rich fusion of harmonies and rhythms combines styles such as jazz, bossa nova and cha cha with a tropical characteristic feel or his ‘Sentido Tropical.’ This style "chanova" will stand out as a representation of what we can call the new ‘Puerto Rican pop’.
